1. What forms of payment does Door Store accept?

DoorStoreFurniture.com accepts Visa®, Master Card® and Discover®. Our showrooms also accept Door Store Home Design Cards®.

2. Do you offer online financing?

Door Store currently does not offer online financing, but you are welcome to visit one of our stores in the NY metro area and apply for our in-store financing.

3. Will I be charged tax on my order?

All orders shipped to an address located in NY and NJ will include all applicable local taxes.

4. Do you accept credit cards with a non US billing address?

Door Store will only accept credit cards with a US billing address and issued by a US bank.

5. What if my billing address is different than my shipping address?

In an effort to protect our clients against the rising threat of identity theft, Door Store will have one of our salespeople call you and do additional verification of your address and other pertinent information, before your order is shipped.

6. Can I pay my balance over the Phone?
